Rock 'n run is an annual event sponsored by CHI St. Gabriel's Health . The event offers a beautiful flat course winding along the Mississippi River through the Riverwood neighborhood of Little Falls. Multiple activities for kids during the events, medals to the top finishers, free post-race food and beverages and the coolest event shirts!
