Some runners have requested a Sunday morning run, from my cabin, a little later in the year when the fall colors will be alive. We were thinking of the last Sunday in September, 9/25, at 7:30. This will be more informal than our normal breakfast runs but we will have breakfast. Mr. Gau will also do water stops for us, according to Mrs. Gau.

You are invited to come out Saturday and stay as long as you wish on Sunday. Spouses and friends are welcome. Let me know if you are interested in this.
