"Hi SCRR, I have a FREE REGISTRATION for the 2010 St. Joseph Lions 5K Run, and neither of us are able to participate.
I cannot find the exact date of this event, and I am not sure if it has pasted. Would anyone be interested? My email
is loecken 78@yahoo.com.  Thanks, Raechel K."
Sorry Raechel, that St Joseph 5k is no more.

Maynard F. contacted the St. Joseph Lions Club on this and it sounds like they decided to skip it this year due to the
competition of other races in the area.

"Congratulations to Deb Bemboom. I am told that her son Anthony drove in the winning run against the River Bats earlier this week.
He also has been chosen to play on an all star team and will get to go to the Netherlands. That sounds like a wonderful opportunity to me. Paul F."

"My first run with the group was very fun! Thanks for being so welcoming!!! The breakfast was WONDERFUL!!!!!
I'll be sure to join you all again soon!!!!   Kathy Neumeister"

"Today marked the inaugural run of the Madison chapter of the St. Cloud River Runners. A group of two, made up of
Roxann Schmitz
and John Seiler, met at the Machinery Row Bike Shop to run the trail along Lake Monona. The 3 mile run
was en-lightning as storm clouds loomed overhead. But the runners were undaunted by the weather which rained supreme. After
toweling off and a short walk to Starbucks, coffee and conversation were shared and plans were made to schedule the
chapter's next run. All River Runners - and lake runners and really any kind of runners - are invited to run along when
visiting the Madison area. - JS

"Pat, Conrad and I just checked the site for today's run and no mas??  Conrad said he hopes you are not on Oxy & IV fluids.  C J & Conrad R"
I was there, in the back row.  Yes mas!!

"Out at Ocean Park yesterday between Portland and Seattle. Only ran a couple of times in the high alt twice in the last week at Missoula on
Friday and Underwood, Wa. on the 4th. RV Taking the Mountains just fine. Lynn & Roger"

Our door will be open at 5:45 for bathroom for early birds. You can change in the house after run. Parking at the Municipal Park like last year
would be helpful. Hopefully everybody knows where that is, if not check with another runner. See you Saturday. Denny W

"Denny I took your advice and asked another runner (Pat Ross) where your house is since I'm not sure. He said it's located at the bike shelter in Carlton. That's awesome because as we know that is also the finish line of the Voyageurs Marathon which is also Sat morning.  How nice of all of you to show up and run one of the most fun marathons in the state of Minn. Can't wait to see all my running people Sat. morning. Monty"

"One of the most fun marathons in the country!!!!!! - DR

Monty! You are funny! I'll quit there... KZM p.s. Good luck!

I enjoyed the Voyageurs when I ran it even though there is no medical assistance at the finish.
You have to rely on your friends. (Kurt S)
